WikiMedia Charity Shoutout & another reason to dislike Elon Musk

A few weeks back the once world's richest and currently cringiest man Elon Musk made a statement regarding every papers citation worst nightmare; Wikipidea.

Quote from the platform formerly and currently still called twitter. “I will give them a billion dollars if they change their name to D–kipedia,” Musk tweeted.

If that’s his best dad humor I can see why all twelve (Known) children hate him, reject him, and is why he had to spend the holidays being the annoying cousin at Führer Donald Trump's Thanksgiving.

This really unfunny attempt at a human's sense of humor has not been matched since Mark Zuck the Cuck graced all of us poors with his grilling tips.

I would just like to with my whole chest. That Elon Musk is an oligarchical pawn in the accelerating collapse of US Democracy.

This isn't his first time talking shit about wikipedia either. Previously he has remarked that Wikipedia is, another quote

“Wikipedia is controlled by far-left activists. People should stop donating to them," he said.”

I think a good rule of thumb for the guy who; From Yahoo Finance “$25 billion on Twitter in a year” is to do the exact opposite of what he is saying.

That’s why this month I am giving the Charity Shoutout to the WikiMedia Foundation. Because not only was Musk's lame dick joke insulting to anyone with dignity, but also because keeping sites like Wikipedia alive is another way to combat large corpo freaks and the AI takeover of the dead Internet.

The WikiMedia Foundation has help to keep Wikipedia independent and as a non profit for many years at this point. Keeping the valuable tool for information free for you and free of reling on corporate interests to keep the lights on; or in this case the servers.

A Quote from the current CEO: Maryana Iskander

“Wikipedia only works because of the hundreds of thousands of humans who dedicate their time and energy to making it one of the most trusted sources of information online. The tireless efforts of these volunteers are what makes this website invaluable to billions of readers worldwide. This is even more important today with the changes in technology and artificial intelligence shaping our world.”

With a near perfect 99% score on charity navigator

Including Their Accountability & Finance, Culture & Community and Leadership & Adaptability. Wikimedia can be trusted well beyond most other websites.

So please take a look below and please consider donation.
